Position Summary: The role will take responsibility for Brushless DC motor control software development for Electric Oil Pumps in automotive powertrain applications.Responsibilities: Develop Brushless DC motor control strategy, algorithms and validation plan for automotive electric oil pump applicationDevelop LIN/CAN/SCI communication and diagnosticsStudy customer’s List of Requirements (LOR) and provide comments for feasibility studyLead software development and verification based on ASPICE and ASIL requirementHandle DSP/MCU based software development Requirements:Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 3 years or above related work experience Familiar with various DSP/MCU and related software tools (NXP MCU, Infineon MCU, TI C2000 DSP, ST MCU, Microchip MCU)Experienced in Automotive products, be master of ASPICE and ASIL.Skilled at code version management tools like Subversion.Experienced in DSP/MCU related software tools.Sound knowledge of motor control, especially for BLDCSound knowledge of communication, like LIN, CAN, SCI, I2C, etc.Good problem solving skill. Be able to adopt efficient and effective approaches to solve system level bug when the MCU, controller board and customer end product are connected together.
