Responsibilities

*Search for qualified vendors in Asia to fabricate components or parts for manufacturing use in either China or USA；
*Daily interaction with program managers and engineers in the USA for sourcing of components；
*Baseline supplier quality levels and develop performance continuous quality improvement plans；
*Participates and provides input to world wide Supply Chain Strategies；
*Receives, analyzes and drives corrective actions on sourced finished goods and external components；

Qualifications

*Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline required；
*Good English skills （writing, reading, listening and oral）；
*At least 3 years product or material sourcing working；
*Preferred management experience in Sourcing and/or Supply Chain function；
*Experience with ISO9001 or equivalent quality system function；
*Demonstrated sense-of-urgency and willingness to perform under tight timelines
