岗位职责：
1. Build formal project team to evaluate product scope and product requirement definition
2. Drive team to identify project risk, create high level milestone plan and project rough spending, deliver project charter to kick off project.
3. Freeze milestone planning and project budget according to scope baseline, monitor project baselines’ target VS actual, facilitate project baselines (schedule, cost, and quality) achievement. Evaluate project capital investment and apply for AR, manage phase spending.
4. Monitor project risk and follow early warning mechanism to communicate with upper management, feedback issue and challenge, Drive phase lesson learned and deliver good practice to optimize organizational process assets.
5. Collaborate with team to finalize quality planning of project lifecycle, product quality objective and transfer project to mass production.

4. 监控项目风险并遵循早期预警机制与高层管理层沟通，反馈问题和挑战，推动阶段经验教训并交付良好实践以优化组织过程资产。
5. 与团队合作完成项目生命周期的质量计划，产品质量目标，并将项目转入量产。
任职资格：
1. Bachelor's degree, mechanic background. At least 6 years of project management experience.
2. Certified by PMI-PMP, or, OGC-PRINCE2, or, IPMP-Project Manager.
3. New product development process expert of manufacturing industry.
4. Sense of responsibility, positive and be able to work under the big working pressure.
5. Fluent spoken skill in English.
6. Good structure problem solving skill.
7. Excellent communication ability and management skills.
1. 本科以上学历，机械专业背景。6年以上项目管理经验。
2. 通过PMI-PMP或OGC-PRINCE2或ipmp -项目经理认证。
3. 制造业新产品开发工艺专家。
4. 责任心强，积极向上，能承受较大的工作压力。
5. 流利的英语口语能力。
6. 良好的结构问题解决能力。
7. 优秀的沟通能力和管理能力。
