Position Summary: This role will support senior EHS manager to develop and implement the Occupational Health surveillance program. Responsibilities: Develop and implement annual occupational health check plan Analyze medical check reports and its follow-up actions Handle work-related injuries and emergency medical treatments, provide medical consultation Work with EHS Officers to determine occupational health hazards and ways to control them Support to handle occupational health cases and investigation Liaise with external authorities and third parties for the execution and fulfillment of regulatory requirements Lead junior offices for the management of occupational health program in ShaJing and Jiangmen Provide occupational health and occupational disease prevention trainingsRequirements: Diploma or above in occupational hygiene, medical or nursing is preferred 5 years or above experience in occupational health management and related factory medical jobs Possess a detailed knowledge of occupational health legislations and good practices Ability to work well under pressure in normal and in emergency situations A high degree of interpersonal and persuasive skills An effective communicator at all levels.
