Position Summary: Commutator area production support, quality & process improvement Liaison for customer and internal team Global transfer project involve and follow up Leadership, good people skills and result oriented Responsibilities: Closely work with quality team to ensure products stability, ensure to achieve internal quality target Roll out automation in production, achieve production efficiency and good quality performance Specially focus on sweating plan(machine / mold capability improvement) Support global transfer project Requirements: Diploma or above in Mechanical/Electronic related discipline 5 years working experience in project or process Have basic knowledge on Injection & Stamping, knowledge and experience in Motor or Commutator is a priority Good analytical skill & problem solving skill, must be a hands-on person Able to conduct constructive discussions / negotiations with Cross Function Teams Able to use quality analysis tooling, able to write process instruction and related documents Familiar with Office & CAD & Solidwork Fluent in written and spoken English
