1、To oversee the mold shop operation and ensure all job assignments are followed the required schedule.2、To organize the regular tooling meeting with US headquarter to review mold schedule and fabrication progress.3、To monitor the material usage and reduce the scrap rates in all areas .4、To make use of the existing resources and capacities for improving the efficiency and effectiveness in order to reduce the in-house made tool costs.5、To study the current tooling fabrication process to analyse the feasible ways to improve the quality and first pass yield . 6、To implement some improvement programs to increase or improve the overall efficiency in terms of throughput, quality and cost.岗位要求：1、University degree in Engineering or equivalent.2、Min 8 years working experience in mold making and mold shop management.3、Familiar with the mechanism of different manual machines, CNC machines and CNC programming.4、Familiar with jig and fixture design and application.5、Experience in thermoforming tool fabrication is an advantage.6、Experience in the operation of Keifel machine or ILLIG machine is an advantage.7、Able to work independently and under pressure. 8、Good spoken and written in English.
