ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Metallurgical Engineer’s responsibility includes but is not limited to:
Reports to the Casting Engineering Team Leader

Maintain current melting and degassing process running;
Continuously improve on melting and degassing process in quality or robust or efficiency or safety side;
Lean save for melting and degassing process, and provide suggestion for whole casting process;
Pay close attention to material property in long term;
Work with casting team to reduce scrap rate and improve OEE;
Help optimize mechanical/chemical/microstructural/ test process in technical side;
Other duties as assigned. Follow instructions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Academic:
University graduate major in Material engineering.

Experience:
At least 2 years work experience for metallic material physical and chemical, microstructure inspection.
Can perform metallic material tensile bar test, hardness test, chemical and microstructure inspection individua
