(with 60% shareholding) and Beijing Heavy Electric Machinery Works (with 40%shareholding), in December 2004. Registered Capital 29.9 M USD, Total Investment 86 M USD. In 2008 the Registered Capital is 84746.735 thousand RMB, Total Investment 141177.9 thousand RMB .The two parties has agreed on ALSTOM making an additional investment and ALSTOM hold 88.32% of ABP shares, and Beizhong with 11.68% shareholding .The Joint Venture has the total covered area of around 35,000m2 (including 25,000 m2 for large workshops.)
